Terms & Conditions

Please note that orders will not be put into production until a confirmation sign off has been completed after the survey.

Please note that if you purchase any solid timber door, there will be a variation in colour and grain from door to door and also there may be some character features within the doors (e.g. knots and grain patterns etc.). As timber is a natural living product, it is prone to movement when exposed to adverse temperatures. High levels of moisture in the air caused by humidity can cause door expansion, whilst colder air can result in panel shrinkage. When painted doors are affected by these conditions it may result in the appearance of hairline cracks in the paint.

In regard to plumbing and electrical costings – 1st and 2nd fix is removal of existing appliances, relevant feeds installed for new appliances, and fitting of new appliances.
